Draft — last updated 22 October 2026
Terms
These are the rules for using newsdeck.dev. They are short and in plain words.
What newsdeck.dev is
newsdeck.dev shows the newest posts from design and tech sites on one page, from their public feeds. It is free. It is run by Michael Cheng, in Spain (hello@newsdeck.dev).
The content belongs to its sources
Stories, pictures and names belong to the sites that publish them. Every link goes to the original site. Reader view shows the text of a story so it is easy to read; the story still belongs to its site.
Using it fairly
- Don't scrape our API at scale or use it to build another service.
- Don't try to overload, break or get around the site's security, and don't use it to reach other websites in ways they don't allow.
- Don't use it for anything against the law.
Accounts
You can use the site without an account. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, you can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may remove an account that is used for abuse.
No warranty
newsdeck.dev is offered as it is, without a warranty. Feeds and sites can be slow, wrong or offline, and a feature can change or stop. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site.
Law
These terms follow Spanish law. If you live in the European Union, you keep the consumer rights of your country.
Changes
This is a draft. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top.
